Do my checks expire?
Completed checks remain available in your account. Because public evidence can change, each Scorecard shows when it was completed and a fresh assessment may be useful for a later decision.
What happens if no business is found?
No credit is used when no match is found. You can add another useful detail, such as a phone number, website or location, and search again.
Can I get a refund?
If Lionsa cannot produce a completed assessment, no credit is used. Any purchase refund rights are governed by the terms shown at checkout.
Do you offer a subscription?
No. The launch offer is based on individual Business Checks and check packs, with no subscription required.
Is the Hiring Pack included in the check?
The Hiring Pack is optional. A Business Check plus the Hiring Pack costs £14.99 in total.
